Job Description

    *What will your essential responsibilities include
    • Support the Global Lead of Innovation in executing on an Innovation strategy aligned with overall business strategy
    • Support development of an Innovation culture across the business through proactive engagement with colleagues across the organization leveraging various creative and innovative means
    • Work with external stakeholders (business partners, start-ups and other ecosystem participants) as needed, in partnership with Innovation Leaders on relevant innovation ideas to translate them into tangible products, solutions that benefit the business
    • Support execution on identified innovation projects ensuring successful end-end delivery and working in partnership with relevant internal, external stakeholders
    • Work with key areas within various Business Units, Global Technology, Transformation & Change Delivery, Group and other teams for Projects and for Business as Usual
    • Support Innovation Leaders in infusing Innovation across the organization to transform how the business operates on a day-day basis and avoid creating silo islands of excellence
    In this role, you will report to the Global Lead of Innovation., *We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
    • Good business acumen, commercial awareness and willingness to learn
    • Good understanding of the latest innovations, emerging trends and their business implications
    • Excellent presentation and communication (oral & written) skills
    • Brings in a collaborative spirit, can-do attitude and a Customer First mindset
    • A minimum of a bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline and a passion for technology and data
    • 3-6 years of experience in a Commercial, Technology, Innovation or related roles
