Job Description

    Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Reporting - Director - Business Development Role: - Indifi is looking to hire great business development and partnership talent. We are looking for smart, hungry, ownership-driven peoplelooking to take responsibilities beyond their years of experience.- This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in getting in early at a start-up with tremendous scale potential, as well as folkslooking to do partner management, business development, growth operations, product management, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end high-impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporates in new MSME segments (pharma, logistics, building material, etc).- Be actively involved in assessing potential partnership opportunities in various sectors.- Assess various industries and evaluate landscape for prospective channel partners.- Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects.- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers.- Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross-selling etc.- Post sign-off account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership.- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.- Manage end-to-end partner relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives. Desired Skills and Experience: - At least 3-6 years prior experience in business development, preferably in the MSME finance domain.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Ideal candidates should be hungry, proactive, and outward-oriented, with a bias for action and delivering results.- Candidate must be from an MBA from a reputed institute.,
