Job Description

    JOB SUMMARYIndividual Contributor role responsible for implementation of Digital Projects for the Consumer Banking Group primarily driving new project implementation on IndusInd Bank Mobile app - IndusMobile and be a key functional player responsible for integration with multiple channels/applications within the Bank Detailed Responsibilities:- Interact with multiple cross functional teams including Product, IT, Operations and be responsible for end to end Project delivery including Requirements, Solution Design, Implementation, UAT and Rollout- Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for the Consumer Banking Group in the area of Mobility to standardize operations and service activities. Implement the defined processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation- Manage Key features implementation on IndusMobile with internal teams and vendors and ensure timely delivery - Manage end to end integration of Mobile application with internal systems such as Finacle, Bank CRM, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Loans and similar applications within the Bank - Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all the new initiatives being launched on IndusMobile - Create business process documents for various Channel initiatives and manage integration though various Channels - Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry- Role will be extended to driving business-technology innovations across service and self service delivery channels including Website, NetBanking or ATMKey Skills - Techno-functional role, requires in depth Understanding and extensive work experience in Digital Projects implementation - Working knowledge of Mobile app development life cycle in Android & iOS- Well versed with mobile app platforms & technologies- Good communication, networking and relationship skills with ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCompetenciesPassion Executes with speed & accuracy, constantly raises the bar for self & teamOrganizational Capability Builds structures, systems & processes to support the strategy, sets personal example in driving quality, focuses on productivity as a business lever & leverages technology as a force multiplierDecisivenessAbility to make decisions/judgments and deliver resultsAnalytical ThinkingDisplayed ability to breakdown and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
