Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Business to business (B2B) calling and setting appointments.
  • Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound processes.
  • To call identified contact number of customers and introduce them to the solution offerings.
  • Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation
  • Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying.
  • Creative use of resources to generate appointments and leads for the sales team.
  • Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product.
  • Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
Effectivelybuild and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output.Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Required Excellent Communication Skills with good spoken and written English.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Impeccable attention to details.
