Job Description

    1) Location (Current/ Ready for Relocation) : Gurgaon Sector 443) Any specific type sales experience (For example- Experience in sales of Motor Sales) : B2B,Motor Insurance Mandatory4) Education Background : Graduation5) Working days : 5.5 days6) Gender Preferences : Male, Female both.Responsibilities:-
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Ability to handle more than 10 such key relationships at any given point in time.
    • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential new business.
    • Ensure that partners receive high-quality service and support and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for a partner, providing advice and support on all insurance-related matters.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the partner businesses and their insurance needs, and use this knowledge to recommend and sell appropriate insurance products.
    • Analyze partners insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including new or enhanced coverage options.
    • Respond promptly to partner inquiries and resolve any insurance-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare and present client reviews and proposals to ensure partners receive the best possible insurance solutions.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a strong professional network.
    Requirements:-
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
    • Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as an Insurance Relationship Manager, working with
    • large and complex partners.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance products.
    • And not to mention, best in industry compensation and ESOP policy
