Job Description

    Responsibilities- Plan & Execute JBP (Joint Business Plan) with marketplace for driving profitable sales growth.- Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products / categories.- Negotiate and Own the Terms of Trade with the partners.- Build relationships with the marketplace partners at multiple levels- Media & promo planning, front end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution, CRM, and brand marketing activities to enhance the digital presence of the brand and boost product /category performance.- Understanding the Key Business Drivers for each account and formulating an activation calendar in line with that.Qualifications & Skills- MBA in Sales & Marketing with 2-6 years of experience- Worked as a Category Manager with an online retailer or has been a KAM for the E-Commerce channel with a leading brand- Very strong analytical skills- Strong negotiation skills bringing closure to deals with win-win setups- Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind- Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet- Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects- Thorough and organized- Start-up enthusiast,
