Job Description

    Key Accts managerThe primary responsibility of the KAM role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional markets and allied channels.Key Responsibilities / Duties:
    • Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients
    • Initiates and follows up on new business
    • Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional buyers.
    • Leverages the organizations relationship with existing institutional accounts handed over to him/her.
    • Works closely with existing members to further develop sales
    Work Experience / Knowledge:
    • Minimum 3-4 years of professional working
    • Relevant experience in Institutional/B2B business
    • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects in assigned market
    Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated ability to close business
    • General understanding of the business ethics and go-to markets
    • Must have a personal vehicle for
    • Must be open to travel extensively in NCR region for business meetings
    Education:
    • Preferred Bachelors
    • Compensation to commensurate with experience and demonstrated track record
