Job Description

    Job Purpose: - Driving a learning culture within Dr Lal PathLabs that help the organization continuously skill it employees to achieve it vision.- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the training needs, create content via instructional design, execution and evaluate the ROI of the program. Key Responsibilities: Program Management : - Work closely with HR-BP and business stakeholders to understand the employee role requirements- Understanding and converting the work requirements into TNIs/competencies based needs- Developing role based learning journeys for employees- Smooth Execution of the programs- Driving program adoption and learning enthusiasm among employees Data Management & Analysis : - Managing the training data from planning, training completion, employee feedback, stakeholders feedback etc.- Preparing and releasing quarterly reports - - Designing creative/visually appealing reports/newsletters/dashboards/ training calendar etc.- Highlighting gap areas/challenges to L&D Manager & Stakeholders such as Trainers unavailability, interest level etc.- Finding smart and innovative ways of creating dashboards, reports, calendar adherence, module completion etc.- Automation of the training programs wherever possible to make the entire activity smooth and transparent. Content Development : - Ensuring training content readiness- Designing PPTs/Modules as per the guidelines and context provided by the stakeholders & subject matter experts- Developing and uploading online content regularly- Creating e-learning videos using various softwares such as Camtasia, Filmora etc. Training Delivery and Coordination: - Building a strong team of internal trainers- To train & develop the trainers via regular refresher trainings, to ensure engagement and quality of trainings- To strongly coordinating with the trainers and their Reporting Managers to ensure the training execution- Ensuring trainers enthusiasm, grievance handling- Advertising & hiring new Internal Trainers Ensuring Commitment & Engagement - Managing R&R programs- Quarterly & Annually- Ensuring data driven R&Rs- Ensuring timely level wise promotion of the trainers- Managing various Social communication platforms to ensure proper presentation of trainings via internal trainers- Developing front liners stories of change via developing video nuggets WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU - Experience: 2-5 yrs- Qualification Background: MBA - HR - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana- Prior Experience/Background: Should have experience in creating L&D module and training delivery (behavioral/Process related) - Analytical Mindset - Collaborative & Influencing - Creative and Innovative,
