Job Description

    Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing Role : - A Digital Marketing / SEO specialist utilizes various marketing practices to increase an organizations appearance in search engine results, such as Google and Bing.- While increasing web traffic is the primary focus, SEO specialists also develop ways to engage customers and focus on conversion rates.- The primary job responsibility is monitoring and analyzing website data and improve the website ranking. Key Responsibilities : Search Engine Optimization : 1. Create and implement SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research of competition and industry trends to stay on top of search engine2. Knowledge of local, hyperlocalized store/ franchisee level SEO to improve visibility on search engines3. Perform keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization and experience with CMS to manage On Page Keywords is preferred. Troubleshoot SEO problems and propose resolution4. Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, backlink analysis, content analysis, and report overall SEO health of our web properties.5. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance (website ranking, leads and conversions volume)6. Continually monitoring organic search rankings and report overall SEO health on a weekly basis.7. Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming Social Media Marketing : 1. Plan and coordinate Social Calendar (Creatives, Post Copies)2. Design and drive Paid Marketing Campaigns to deliver Quality leads for Sales Team3. Plan and execute geographical boosting for Brand Awareness, engagement, and reach4. Implement 360 Degree Digital marketing plan including all the suitable platforms, being Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest5. Tracking output performance metrics (Monthly enquiries, visitors, etc.)6. Manage reports and data analysis with all external stakeholders/ agenciesGoogle My Business : 1. GMB Progress tracker - aid the performance with reviews and GMB optimization Plan and execute geographically2. Optimize Google Business Listings via GMB What we are looking for : Knowledge & Skill : 1. Minimum 4-5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic rankings - SEO Onsite/ Offsite optimization2. Experience of growing and running digital channels - SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, re targeting, affiliate marketing, video adverts (experience required in at least 3 or 4 of these channels)3. Good technical understanding of website usability, server logs, structured data, XML sitemaps, website performance, and indexation issues4. Proficient in crawl management including log file analysis, Screaming Frog, Custom crawlers5. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster, SEMrush, Google Search console etc.)6. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Experience & Qualification : - 6-9 years experience in Digital marketing - Preferred Masters Degree in Marketing- Industry - Ecommerce, Digital Advertising Agency etc.,
