Job Description

    HR Ops & HRMS - Complete understanding of HRMS and other HR application- Experience of having worked on one fully operational system (SF or Darwin-box would be an advantage)- Employee data management, Employee Records management- Complete understanding of importance and legalities involved in Employee life-cycle management- Min 5 yrs. of hands-on experience in handling HR Operations, be able to review and redefine HR Processes / workflows- Execution of audits and closure of any observations- Experience of team handling HR Analytics - Lead the HR analytics, organize a monthly dashboard (if not included in the HRMS)- Understand and implement workforce analytics- Support HRBPs with data, deep dive into Attrition and TA analysis- Must be an expert on excel, power-point, knowledge of BI would be a huge advantage HR Automation - Should understand all HR processes for better scope of digitization in HR- Implement automation projects within HR and be able to act as a catalyst in non-HR projects where HR data or system is required- Be able to have administrator perspective on HR Systems, analyze cost advantage of various systems and move towards an integrated system- Should be aware of latest HR technologies in market- Idea of system-to-system integration- SAP HCM basic experience,
