Job Description

about the role

  • Drive global projects within Order to bill domain as a Lead Program Manager
  • Establish, analyze drive the key performance indicators and initiate process improvements in Order to Bill Perform the role of an Expert in Functional Area as part of Global Process Owners Organization and drive continual service improvement
  • Develop and produce business analysis to support the visibility of operational performance and issues.
  • Develop corrective action plans to ensure that operational performance issues are addressed and measure the effectiveness of these action plans.
  • Work closely with Executive members and functional heads while contributing to key projects that involve strategic planning and decision making. The role will enable transversal engagement with functional heads from Sales, Delivery and Billing teams.
  • Develop scalable and robust data and analytics solutions which can simplify measurement and reporting.
  • Stong exposure to Business Analytics and Business intelligence tools.
about you

  • Minimum 10 years of experience,with good understanding of quote to bill chain.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on service delivery chain.
  • Must have strong business analysis, process and tools skills & customer service skills.
  • Develop and produce business analysis to support the visibility of operational performance and issues.
  • Sound understanding of analog and digital circuits, hardware and network components.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Access, Power Point and Good Knowledge of SQL.
