If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Lead- Production Support-24*7 .NET to join our team in Gurgaon, Hary na (IN-HR), India (IN).

  • Should have good knowledge about the VB Script and Automation scheduling. Hands on experience strictly oriented to MS Windows environment would be preferred.
  • Understanding of Basic Operational deliverables - Operational Knowledge on IBM supported Scheduling Tools like CA SchedulerAutosysControl M including BMC Remedy Ticketing Tool
  • Practical knowledge related to ITIL standards and their implementation in Production Support environment. Strong understanding of concepts related to Business Severity (e.g. SEV-1, SEV-2), SLA and Incident Management
  • Experience in SQL or Oracle Database oriented Scheduling Engines like Active Batch Scheduler, having sound knowledge of batch job scheduling concepts
  • Should be able to perform day to day activities like monitoring the tool for tickets and incidents related activities independently
  • In depth knowledge of SQL Server and SSMS. Practical awareness related to SSIS and SSRS implementation
  • Should be able to perform Monthly/Quarterly/Year end activities independently. Should be able to handle special schedules during maintenance of windows and should be able to assist in product upgrades.
