Job Description

    Work Location: HQ, GURUGRAM Job Profile: 1. Handling litigation by and against the Company before various Courts, tribunals, consumer forums and other quasi-judicial authorities. 2. Draft, review and negotiate all kind of agreements including but not limited to major business agreements, brochures, templates, advertisements, etc. and related communications. 3. Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process and/or contract execution. 4. Identify business objectives, related issues and transactions related thereto to provide a risk/benefit analysis. 5. Provide opinion to the stakeholder on new business initiatives, sales & marketing issues, FDI and other automobile related days to day issues. 6. Proactively take various initiatives, develop training programmes on business critical matters/policies, upcoming laws & amendments in thereto and build awareness amongst the stakeholders. 7. Identify opportunities to drive forward including but not limited to supporting related transactions, develop legal projects and processes to create legal efficiencies and productivity. 8. Set up appropriate risk mitigation strategies through identification, development and monitoring of key metrics for effective daily management of legal and contractual risk. Pre-requisites: 1. LLB with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience with an MNC and a good law firm/independent practice. A mix of inhouse and law firm/independent practice experience is preferred. 2.
