Job Description

    Preparation/ Support for quarterly and yearly regulatory reporting for HK and Labuan entity Responsible for supporting for statutory audit requirements and related queries. Processing and reconciliation of all accounted data balances. Posting/reconciling of the JEs from CORE to Local ledger for reporting and reconciliation. Compile data and perform financial analysis to ensure data completeness and accuracy in P&L and Balance Sheet between underwriting and financial accounting system. Maintain accuracy in both Core and Local ledgers and provide support to all work papers. Oversee expense management and good oversight of accrual, prepayment, recharge and intercompany balances. Prepare other regulatory and ad-hoc reports and disclosures for management as identified., *Candidate Profile Good verbal and written communications skills. Very good analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive, with ability to work under limited supervision. Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work within a team. Willing to work flexible hours as necessary.Qualifications, Education and/or Experience CA/CPA with minimum 1 year of experience. MBA Finance or CA Inter can be considered Experience in Financial Reporting is required. Strong accounting knowledge. Knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP is required. Insurance/reinsurance experience is preferable. Knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar large general ledger systems. Good MS Excel and Access skills.
