Job Summary

The Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing Continuous Improvement, Quality Management and Process Improvement activities to drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business process analysis, design and optimization
  • To evaluate, plan and implement improvements in business processes and practices
  • Develop and co - ordinate the performance excellence / performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the Executive Team
  • Liaison with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of an operational excellence project
  • Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
  • To ensure process documentation is comprehensive and process optimization solutions are delivered and maintained in line business requirements
