Job Description

Manager Accounts Payable, GurgaonWe are hiring for Manager AP for an MNC in Gurgaon.Jon Role :1. Ensure all Indirect AP processes are in place and working effectively including Accounting, Reporting , Governance and Cash flows -a. Approving invoices for posting in system (SAP)b. All invoices which are accounted to be validated as per company policy and schedule of authority (SoA)c. Maintain contract/agreements database auditabled. Ensure backup documentation for all invoices2. Ensure regulatory and Tax compliances and maintain internal controls3. Ensure compliance with internal accounting and control policies related to AP including vendor reconciliations4. Leading GST reconciliations & error corrections related to HO functions on a monthly basis to minimise GST leakage5. Ensuring adherence & compliance of INDAS 116 Lease agreements 6. MIS - Performance Dashboards & Review templates with Functional stakeholders7. Ensure clean reports for Internal and statutory audit related to the Indirect AP8. Preparing month end balance sheet schedules for accounts payable9. People Leadership - Maintaining & Publishing people score cardsEducation :- CA or ICWA qualified mandatory,
