Job Description

    Market/ Client Drive CST satisfaction scores Identification of ways to improve CST s productivity Internal and external stakeholder management (example-solving for ambiguous situations between CST and Analysts, conflict, and escalation management) Awareness of service line offerings and collaboration with respective service lines Ensure team is updated on information about changes in rules,regulations, schemes and Risk Management Policies Managing Team s aspirations and absenteeism within the team.Setting and evaluating goals of team members and closing of Open PD. Awareness of relevant developments in business and econmomic enviornment in India as well as global markets, which are likely to have an impact on the Firm s client acceptance and continuance process. Improve team ticket feedback score on quality and timelines by reviewing tickets before submission Team ticket feedback score on quality and timelines and CST appreciation emails Personal ownership (responsibility and accountability) for the work and performance of team Number of presentations made, communication sent on changes in SBU specific rules,schemes and policy with 100% team attendance Actively engage in carrying out research (IT, Company Law, FEMA, ICAI Rules, SEBI Rules, RBI rules etc) and support PLs in providing advice on various matters to CSTQuality Service delivery Delivering high quality work to CST in light of changing regulatory environmentGovernance and MIS Maintaining and reviewing of all operational and people metrics with PLs/Management regularly Adhere to operational excellence norms on tickets Time booking under appropriate client charge codes by teamProductivity Improvement Maintaing optimal SLA and improving it regularly Innovation- Suggest and implement new ideas to make existing work efficent Tickets closed by team and their feedback on Quality and timeliness Review of tickets at every touch point to ensure quality before submission to CST 100% compliance to SLAs and reverse SLAs Closure of all pending tickets on WorkIT within agreed timelines with PM Feedback from all stakeholders Effective representation of data related to team s tickets, training completed Consistently develop technical expertise to enhance quality of deliverables Process improvements suggested and best practices shared Monitoring utilization weekly with course correction if requiredPeople Ensure effective utilization of self and junior team members Drives Collaboration and Inclusion among the team members Team retention and motivation Ensure compliance with all office operating procedures-timesheets, dress code, leaves, office time, goal setting, interim and year end reviews Initiatives beyond work Efficiently delegate work and allocate resources on projects Ensure open communication channels with staff and help to implement change management interventions where necessary Educate and increase the ICoE team awareness of the Group governance and control procedures and processes, ensuring total adherence Participation of self and team in GPS and wider focussed actions and initiatives which drive cultural improvement Provide support and guidance to junior team members, help new team members settle down and conduct engagement activities. Effective utilization of PC budget Hi-Pot Retention Performance management (timely feedback and documentation) 100% of compliance of self and team with respect to all office operating procedures-timesheets, dress code, leaves, office time, goal setting, interim and year end reviews Attend internal and external trainings on service line specific issues Projects taken up at overall ICoE/Firm level and encourage team to participate in ICoE level engagement activitiesFinancial Strength Continually strive to understand the economic environment and bring team upto speed in areas which the business operates and provide excellent client service Broaden skill set by investing in technology/digitalization(example:BOT implementation,automation through excel,PowerBI and other prodcutivity improvement tools) to add value in this dynamic environment Ensure Team Fungibility leading to better utilization across SBUs Knowhow of best practice and techniques to provide sound advice, support and train team Identify key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions and update team Lay down standard operating procedures and monitor team s adherence with the SOPs along with the team Closely review allocation of tickets with PL to increase chargeable hours of the team Implement Automations to reduce cost of deliveryPublic Trust Awareness about internal & external regulatory / independence requirements and strict compliance to the same. Completion of all risk / independence/ IT security related trainings and adoption of the same leading to zero incidences of breach by self and team Key Skills: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Qualifications: Commerce graduates, CA/CS/ICWA/CPA/MBA Finance from a reputed institute.Experience: PQE of 3-5 years (For CA/ CPA/ MBA) from other Big4s, KPO (Non voice processes)/industry. Expertise in areas of Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Companies Act is preferredSkills or Knowledge:Skill or knowledge area Level or depth required Why is it required Verbal and written communication skills High level of competence required Excellent communication is required for stakeholder relationship building. Imperative to have polished written skills required in drafting responses. Project and Stakeholder management skills High level of competence required To facilitate effective management across various streams of activities including team/stakeholder relationship management, conflict management and negotiation skills. Additional Certifications/Skills High level of competence required Certified in Risk Management, Project Management would be an added advantage Presentation Skills Moderate level of competence required To facilitate effective knowledge sharing and make presentations for teams and stakeholders.
