Job Description

    - Formulating Sub Brand / Product marketing strategy and execution of the same, new product salience and product lifecycle sustenance.- Detailed Marketing Plans, Marketing Calendar, Budgets and Clearly Defined expected outcomes.- Maximising Marketing ROI.- Setting and executing Digital Marketing Calendar and Social Media Calendar. - Creative development and production.- Preparing Digital Media Plans. Design, Set-up & execute/manage audience acquisition campaigns across paid search, social, affiliate & display network platforms.- Develop and execute marketing plans that may include SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns, influencer marketing, website updates, keywords tracking, e-com advertising- Co-ordinating with product teams for channel specific marketing actions. Development of Channel Specific marketing initiatives and execution of the same.- Integrating marketing actions with external partner organisations and other functions within the organisations.- Community engagement and growth through activities, events, contests etc.- Managing ORM on all social media handles and consumer forums.- Preparing Marketing Budgets for specific periods and tracking.- Competition Track and benchmarking. Analytics and activity impact reports preparation- Devise & run an overarching acquisition strategy to minimize CPE. Programmatic marketing - use re- marketing/re-targeting to create & leverage an audience network- Build a partnerships and alliances portfolio - Brand Visibility - Customer Loyalty- Being Digitally/ Content driven - understanding of new media- To manage relationships with media planners, as per the legal and administrative policies. Managing Digital agency team along with respective team members- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever appropriate.Experience :- Digital marketing (including Ecommerce experience) in Telecom /FMCG/FMCD/FMEG companies- Should have expertise is Social Media and CRM Marketing- Has a great understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Similar Web)- Exposure to other business functions, including brand marketing, insights and product marketing.,
