Elligibility Criteria :- Willing to work 6 days a week in a Series A funded startup- 3 to 7 years of experience in employee engagement with an organization with large employee base OR as a community manager - Based out of Gurgaon or South Delhi or relocatable to these areasMission of the Role :- Be the owner of the complete engagement of the teacher community at PlanetSpark (around 1000+ teachers, to grow to 10,000+)Responsibilities : The Teacher Engagement Manager would be the sole owner of all engagement initiatives for the teacher community at PlanetSpark. 1) Identify various teacher needs and drivers for engagement2) Organize engagement initiatives and interventions for different cohorts of teachers 3) Organize Rewards and Recognition Programmes for the teachers4) Forge partnerships with different organizations to benefit the teacher community5) Lead online community initiatives for teachersWhat are we looking for - 3-7 years of experience working with teachers or any educational company- OR 3 to 7 years of experience in employee engagement with an organization with large employee base - OR 3-7yearsofexperience as a community manager at a co-working space or an organization with a large vendor base- A Founders mindset - the ability to build things ground-up- Exceptional communication skills and a strong people orientation- Empathy,
