We are inviting applications for the role of Manager Wealth Management Training In this role, you will be responsible for working on projects identified as part of transformation and improvements in Retirement and Annuities processes. Work closely with team leaders to drive closure of training related activities. You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and analytical skills. Possess knowledge of Retirement and Annuities processes. Responsibilities New Hire Training Readiness of new hire class logistics, documentation Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings (internal or client led) Create daily/weekly dashboards on new hire training progress along with regular report outs Feedback & coaching of new hires Ensure 100% adherence to new hire learning paths Knowledge Management Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments Create action plan for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion Manage the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and own the Quality audit frameworks for the business Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices Drive Process improvements Lead all the Quality and Process improvement projects Be a consultant to the business and advice process improvement ideas Employee Development Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification Align with the employee development initiatives run at the organization level Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Graduation in any stream except B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in transitions/ knowledge transfer/ training in Retirement and Annuities process Strong English Communication (Both written & verbal) Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data Hardworking, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business Attention to detail Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint Ready to work on stretched working hours Ability to independently get along with internal and external customers Excellent people management and customer management skills Effective presentation skills Focus on Customer satisfaction Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
