Job Description

    1. Marketing relatedResponsible for increasing the profile of the firm and taking initiatives that spread awareness of the firms servicesPrimary functional areas include public relations, business event planning and partnership establishment andenhancement such as providing support in: o Organizing marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and podcasts o Undertaking secondary research for developing presentation decks, finding strategic partners, preparing collaterals o Composing marketing material including promotional flyers and brochures in coordination with colleagues o Coordinating and maintaining partner relationships (chamber of chambers, business organizations, embassies & consulates, etc.) and improve media relations o Attending networking eventsWorking with translators (freelancers) and supporting in other foreign languagesDeveloping media and syndication opportunities, publication distribution channels, among others2. Business Development and Operations related
    • Preparing service proposals and legal contracts and follow up with potential clients to conclude agreements for
    the provision of services
    • Supporting in CRM maintenance
    • Maintaining comprehensive client/ prospect lists and data by means of excel trackers
    • Coordinating the completion of deliverables and managing strategic relationships
    • Support in routine tasks and conducting research
