Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT:The Marketing Manager is a marketing generalist, responsible for crafting and executing a channel wise marketing strategy to drive profitable growth and customer dedication. You will be part of our Marketing team and partner with our Sales and trade marketing team to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to enable an outstanding customer experience to deliver valuable offerings for customers and prospects.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, promotions and annual plans for a customer or specific channel/s in order to achieve marketing and sales objectives
  • In collaboration with the Sales and Trade Marketing Team, align marketing initiatives with customer value propositions, plans and goals while ensuring marketing offerings support the customer
  • Act as a project manager ensuring timely and effective execution of key customer/channel initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of customer/channel priorities. You will help identify areas where additional profitability and growth can be achieved through new product and service propositions
  • Supervise channel performance and metrics and serve as the feedback loop from sales and customers to resolve efficiency of initiatives, including promotional efficacy to improve return on investment
  • Evaluate and modify promotion or other marketing programs
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
, *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Business degree from a reputed institution
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budge guidelines
  • Experience executing channel and/or customer specific marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Experience engaging directly with customers
  • Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
  • Minimum of eight years of work experience
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES:
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to navigate it
  • Comfortable working across silos and building strong partnerships cross-functionally
