Job Description Key Responsibilities: Maintain, and expand relationships with customers within the herbal extracts industry across APAC. Experience of additional geographies will be advantageous. Develop long- term profitable and sustainable business based on the Indian manufactured products (generally referred to as herbal extracts) which may find their way to a range of industries (client site) such as FMCG, Food Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, Cosmetics etc. Achieve sales targets to grow existing customers and expand into new accounts. Essential will be the ability to recognise future opportunity, assess it and bring it to the management table for further action. Manage conflicts and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies. Understand customer needs and translate to projects. Be well informed on the Herbal extract industry changes across diverse industry clients like Pharma, Alcohol, Food & Beverages and Consumer goods. Interact across the different buying influences (i.e., Purchasing, Technical, Marketing, and Management) at customer accounts Desired Candidate Profile Marketing Manufacturing Business AnalyticsMinimum of 8 years working experience in international business development and sales account management in the consumer goods/ nutraceutical/ pharmaceutical industry, specifically herbal extracts, phytochemicals and/ or ingredients. Must bring knowledge of customers in these markets, ability for quick access and be able to direct the required collateral. Experience in negotiating and securing business contracts Self- driven and goal oriented with ability to meet targets and deadlines Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent written and oral communication skills,
