  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Remediation of issues related to Active Directory consolidation and migration and OU structures 2 Implementing and managing Windows 2008/2012 domain structure 3 Disaster Recovery Plan for Active Directory 4 Migration Plan from windows 2003/2008/2012 5 User Account Management, Access rights management on servers 6 Windows Patch Management through Software 7 Update Services WSUS 8 Configuring IIS to create Web Server FTP Server 9 Troubleshoot group policy issue
      • Technical Experience : 1 Microsoft Active Directory AD Installation, Configuration and Administration 2 Knowledge on Windows Administration Windows 2008/2012 - Both Full and Core 3 Knowledge of Windows server administration, configuration and management 4 Familiarity with RAID disk technologies 5 Familiarity with network infrastructure 6 Knowledge on Scripting and automation
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Technical knowledge of English communication - intonation, syllable, punctuation etc 2 Analytical bend of mind 3 Receptiveness to change 4 Should be a creative thinker 5 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
      • Educational Qualification : BE or B Tech equivalent
