Our client is stacked with certified professionals supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, AX/AX (D365B), AX/D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and CRM/D365 product offerings to Growth Companies from Greater Toronto Area Canada and North America Retail, E-Commerce, Services, Finance, Cannabis, Manufacturing [Discrete Manufacturing, Process] Trade & Distribution, Contracting & ConstructionJob RoleAs MS Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant you will work within different operational areas including Setup, Configuration, Training, Scope Documentation, and Functional Design Document. You have a strong application experience in Manufacturing, Service, and Retails industries. You will be involved in projects spanning both the existing client base as well as new business implementations.Work Experience and Education/Certifications1. Should have Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV implementation project experience in the Manufacturing, Service, or Retail industry. Functional knowledge of CRM, Projects, and Service Management is a plus. 2. 5+ years Work Experience as a functional consultant in implementing Microsoft Navision (NAV) or Business Central (BC) required with a hands-on experience of a Minimum of 5-6 project life cycles.3. Experience with Role Tailor Client in NAV 2013 to NAV 2018 is a must & Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.4. Experience with ISV products such as LS Retail/ Central, LS Express, Zetadocs, and Data masons an advantage.5. Previous Experience in presales, consulting, implementation, training, and ERP implementation experience is a plus.Role & Responsibilities:1. Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.2. Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.3. Train users on new process Dynamics 365 Business Central /Dynamics NAV functionality.4. Ability to document Fit-Gap requirements, estimate levels of effort, and prioritize based on need and complexity. 5. Manage individual budgets and scope of work.6. Develop data conversion and testing strategies. Experience with the creation and implementation of Test Plans.7. Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.8. Formulating effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.9. Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central clients. Travel to customer sites in North America, and Canada.10. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision.11. Working closely with key stakeholders and end users to recommend and agree on technical solutions to meet business requirements.Education and Certifications1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar technical discipline in Business, Accounting, MIS, or CPA a plus.2. Microsoft Dynamics NAV certification | Microsoft Dynamics BC certification will be an added advantage & candidates will be given preference.3. Knowledge of best practices, principles, and procedures as related to small-to-mid-sized business processes.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
