Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Job Responsibilities - 1. Define the design strategy and co-own the product performance2. Help plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis. Interpret data and qualitative feedback3. Create user stories, personas and map journeys4. Determine information architecture and create sitemaps5. Create prototypes and wireframes. Conduct usability testing6. Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy7. Use Design thinking to solve for complex problems. Aim for Human centric design solutions8. Understand the technical limitations of different client platforms and how the UI elements will manifest and behave9. Teach and mentor junior designers about UI design for various client platforms and their technological limitations that impact the presentation layer10. Manage multiple projects of various size based upon balanced understanding of both business and user perspectives11. Lead collaboration across local and remote teams12. Collaborate with team members to create aesthetically pleasing and modern user interfaces13. Contribute in creating business value by delivering user-focused solutions14. Lead continuous improvement of a solution product by establishing quality designs and systemized management15. Foster healthy collaborative relationship with multiple stakeholders with excellent communication skills and mindExperience 1. A strong portfolio featuring design work, that showcases UX journeys, visual design for mobile or desktop applications, iconography and how it leads to positive business outcomes2. Demonstrated ability to translate a client s brand into modern-looking user interfaces and other digital multimedia, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applications3. Demonstrated ability to create and follow a style guide or other visual design documentation, and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholders4. An understanding of modern code, like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS, and other multimedia production to create working prototypes and interactive stories is highly desirable5. Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience research and/or design teams6. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX, business (e.g. Marketing, Sales), product management and/or technology/IT/engineering) is a plus7. Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles8. Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively9. Experience with various design and prototyping tools. Hands-on experience with Adobe XD is desirable10. Vastly skilled in web interface design focused on brand alignment and user journey experience11. Strong attention to detail, and capable of delivering engaging and targeted designs12. Creative and analytical approach13. Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle14. Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences15. Ability to work independently, handling schedules in fast-paced, multi-project environment16. Experience conducting user research and usability studies,
