Job Description

    A leading restaurant chain based in Gurgaon known for its award-winning Indian food. With a legacy of 29 years, it currently operates 16 outlets across Delhi/ NCR. The brand is known for its high quality, tasty and consistent food.The brand is well positioned to capitalize on the opportunity of consolidating the largely unorganized Indian food delivery space which is the most ordered cuisine across India.As an MIS and Costing Manager, You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing costs, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.What you will do:Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Management Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Generating periodic reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics. Conducting detailed costing analysis to understand the cost structure of products/services. Working closely with various departments to gather cost-related data and ensure accuracy in cost allocation. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures and providing variance analysis. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Preparing ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management as required. Continuously assess and enhance existing processes related to MIS and costing to improve efficiency and accuracy. Implementing best practices to streamline data collection and reporting. Working closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather relevant data for MIS and costing activities. Collaborating with teams to understand business dynamics and provide valuable financial insights. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Participating in audits and providing necessary documentation as required.What you need to have:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in MIS, costing, or financial analysis roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
