Job Description

    Job Title: Developer (MS Access & VBA)No. of positions: 20Role: DeveloperResponsibilities : - Develop, test and troubleshoot existing solutions utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and solutioning technology. - Document solutions and resolutions for future reference. - Maintain and modify distributive applications and/or solutions. - Resolve complex questions on solution development intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.- Perform complex troubleshooting, debugging and break-fix. Provide deep complex analysis for the team.- Responsible for cross-unit coordination and delivery. Retain expertise across all roles of data and development analysts.- Provide and approve analyst designs and strategies for infrastructure or cross-functional builds.- Responsible to monitor department infrastructure and distribution channels.Required Qualifications : A Developer will typically have in-depth experience with significant and proven experience within the following competencies :- 2+ MS Access & VBA (Expert level) development experience- Object Orientated Programming concepts (OOPS)- Strong service ethic and demonstrated influencing skills that have achieved strong business outcomes- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage working relationships with both technical and business professionals- Strong problem-solving skills; highly effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills- Proven abilities to effectively manage multiple work assignments- Must have good communication and interactive collaboration Preferred Qualifications :- Knowledge of the brokerage industry- Experience with Oracle Data Tier, writing SQL, stored procs, procedures, and packagesLocation : GurgaonTimings : Rotating (2.00 pm - 10.30 pm) ( as of now Remote working for a year)Cab Facility Provided : YesPermanent with DXC on their own payroll.,
