Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of a n Assistant Vice President , FP&A .We are looking for CAs/ MBAs (Finance) with relevant Financial Planning and Analysis experience and sound knowledge in the accounting domain .In this role , you will be expected to play with structured and unstructured data, should be able to provide sharper insights, cutting through the noise, and be able to drive deeper sense on trends as to where market is headed, and where does Genpact stand. In this role you will have to be curious , to be able to get to root cause of various trends, and incisive to help business leaders take corrective measures /investment decisions well in time. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for :
    • Revenue insights and analysis
    • Internal revenue target setting
    • Board/Street Messaging
    • M onitor ing targets and course corrections against plan Vs actual,
    • Managing leadership reviews on periodic basis
    • Strategic initiative support (New analytics, cross functional projects)
    • Forecasting revenue and reporting key metrics
    • Interact with the Business / Accounting team s and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
    • Manage multiple stakeholders and be r esponsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.
    Q ualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications.
    • CA/ MBA Finance/ Postgraduate
    Preferred Qua lifications / Skills
    • Relevant years of experience in financial planning and analysis
    • Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise.
    • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem solving.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel Macros / VBA an added advantage.
