Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Data Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our Agile/Scrum Development team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting complex data to support the development and delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize data requirements for the development of products. Work on large sets of organisation data to analyse and build key business logics for the product. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders. Collect and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development decisions. Collaborate with other team members to integrate data analysis and insights into the Agile/Scrum Development process. Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, user guides, and technical specifications. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in technology Experience in data analysis, preferably in an Agile/Scrum Development environment. Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data sets. Experience with data visualization on tools such as Power BI and Service NowPreferred Qualifications/ Skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
