Job Description

    Dear candidate,We are hiring!Position - Network EngineerTotal Exp -3-6 yrsLocation: Delhi NCRMonitoring and managing the local and wide area networks to ensure maximum uptime for users. Working on PRTG monitoring tool for maintaining and monitoring the all-network devices and services and add/delete sensor from tool on need basis. Do updation or upgradation of all network devices on time to time for security reasons. Working on FortiGate Firewall, Cisco Switches, Ruckus Controller for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting. Created and maintained the multiple firewall policies according to the department. Working on SD-WAN in Firewall. Created and managing multiple IPsec tunnels with NxtGen, AWS and Azure. Created and managing the SSL-VPN. Managing the MFA service over SSL-VPN. Working on L2 and L3 Cisco switches. Created multiple VLANs on L3 switch. Take backup of all network devices and services on daily basis and do restoration for the same on quarterly basis. Configured and managing Access Points with Zone Director for Wi-Fi connectivity. In Zone Director, created multiple SSID to differentiate the users. Managing the Wi-Fi connectivity in premises by blocking the unauthorized devices and created the policy for the same over the Zone Controller. Do changes in setting in Zone Director for roaming users to stable their connection. Working on multiple security endpoint technologies like Netskope, SentinelOne, , Endpoint Protector, Cisco Duo. Created the multiple policies on proxy solution (Netskope) and done changes in policies on basis of requirement. Managing the device control though Endpoint security tools. Import the users on security tools though AD importer. Checking and resolving the threat alerts received on Antivirus tool on daily basis and take mitigation action for resolving these alerts. Knowledge of IBM Q-Radar (SIEM tool). Check for suspicious/malicious activity occurs in Network through SIEM tool on daily basis and take necessary action on these events. Creating and maintaining the reports and trackers of networking devices and services on daily basis which also be helpful in audit. Handling Audit (internal and external) SOC1 and SOC2 and be part of ISO audit. Performed network QA test, executed system analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve problems in network devices. Provided quick, efficient support to business clients, allowing them to proceed smoothly with their day. Worked closely and effectively with vendors, to replace/repair defective hardware and software as quickly and efficiently as possible.
