Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.
  • Management Level :9

  • Must Have Skills :AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform),Network Infrastructure
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Troubleshooting SDWAN/SDN 2 Deploying and implementing Velocloud configurations 3 Troubleshooting live network issues on both overlay and underlay 4 Monitor, operate, and maintain LAN, WAN, Remote Access and Wireless infra Should be able to perform admin duties for core switches and routers, LTEs 5 Live debugging and troubleshooting, performing device configurations and implementing changes
      • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge on SDWAN/SDN, VMware Velocloud Configurations 2 Expertise in L2/L3/L4 OSI layer technologies and protocols EG: Spanning tree, VLANs and trunking, port channels and link trunking, OSPF, VRRP, HSRP, BGP, EIGRP 3 Knowledge on CISCO Routing and Switching operations
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills 2 Strong operational mindset 3 Exceptional ability and motivation to solve problems 4 Excellent communication and relationship building skills
      • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture norms
    • Additional Information : CCNA/CCNP certified, VMWare Velocloud certification preferred
