  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : -Provide 3rd line technical support for Imperva WAF internal and external, trouble shooting, diagnosing and resolving incidents to their conclusion, ensuring adherence to agree SLAs and escalating to the vendor where required-Maintain WAF policy and rule management, WAF rule requests following change request process, Perform URL recategorization Whitelisting/Blacklisting per BMS approved policies, Create and modify categories of WAF policies/rules, add exception and troubleshootingRecommend WA
    • Technical Experience : 1Experience that includes configuring and managing Web Application Firewalls-Must Have Experience in one of the WAF Tools Imperva WAF and/or F5 ASM, NGINX App Protect2Background working Security Operations Center environment
    • Professional Attributes : Should be open to work in shifts, Travel to other locations when required, willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation skill
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Additional Information : Recommend WAF rule changes, Support the coordination of firewalls changesSupport existing reporting
