Job Description

    * Offer Data E2E Solutions Monitoring processes
    • Manage day-to-day maintenance and evolution of Infrastructure monitoring Infrastructure monitoring based on different tools (PRTG, Dynatrace, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Logicmonitor, ) and managed by a Global team
      • Define specifications and tool to be used
      • Submit the request to the Global team
      • Follow up of the request
      • Validate the implementation of the monitoring process
    • Manage day-to-day maintenance and evolution of Application & flow monitoring
    Mainly developed on ELK Stack and fully managed by Infrastructure team
      • Analyze monitoring requirements / define technical specifications of log & data gathering (how to collect the data, index/mapping in Elasticsearch, )
      • Implement new Logstash pipelines / enhance existing one
      • Validate/test processes before deploying on Production
      • Implement Kibana dashboards
      • Implement email alerting when issues detected
      • Analyze/troubleshoot monitoring issues, optimize alerting processes
    • Support on some data monitoring tools
    Data monitoring team is using different tools and scripts to manage their day-to-day monitoring. Some tools are maintained by Infrastructure team Study data monitoring requirements & define the best solution to implement it,
