Job Description

    We are looking forwardto #hire #operations_manager for #gurgaon_location on an #immediate_basis#CTC- 18-20 LPA#Responsibilities: Work in a global setting leading the certification efforts for India team operations andalso extends to APAC. Publish quarterly reports and chalk out improvement plans. Hiring and closely working on ramp ups / backfill Effectively managing backfills/new open positions, acting as catalyst workingclosely with recruitment team Coordinate with recruitment team for hiring, sharing Job description Continuous follows till the time position is closed Interviews candidate post 1st level of screening Publish reports to internal and external stakeholders Identifying and assessing future and current training needs Evaluate training needs for resources from upscaling perspective Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan Review low performers and create individualized training charter Closely coordinate and work on badging efforts Seek badging needs and input from CL/PMs and create plan Ensuring badging efforts are in place within stipulated timelines Lead Incubation efforts ensuring timelines are met Create visual Dashboard to provide overview on related KPIs for below performers Ensure timely roll out of metrics Rating && Performance Management Understands rating and R3 model Acts as POC and ensure ratings are generated team Takes feedback from Team Leads and work on improvements as needed Create improvement plan for low performers#Experience & #Skill_set: 6+ Years of experience of Team Management, should have served as minimum AMfor 2yrs Excellent communication skills Extremely good in Excel SQL Knowledge Data Studio / Dashboards and Reporting (preferred but not mandatory) Green Belt Certified
