Position- Patient Care Specialist (Inside sales/ Outbound/ Telecalling )Location Gurgaon Sector 14 (Nearest Metro Station- MG road) . No Transport facilityQualification: Graduate or undergraduateExeprience : Minimum 6 months- Max 4 years in sales calling process.MARATHI or KANNADA speaking is an added advantageSalary 20K- 35KBenefits:Commuter assistancePaid sick timeProvident FundRoles and ResponsibilitiesAdvise patients about the Hexa Health service through structured discussions.Understand Patient profile & problems to explain the benefits of their services.Guide the patient to the right hospital / doctor, manage their consult and handhold them throughout their journey.Directly impact revenue generation.Shift timings- 9am- 9pm (Rotational 9 hrs shift) . 6 days working with 1 day rotational off .Note: Desk job , sales , BDE, profile.
