Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega technologies, including Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certifications.Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Pega applications.
    • Design and develop Pega applications using best practices and adhering to company standards.
    • Customize Pega applications to meet specific business needs.
    • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
    • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure application reliability and performance.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
    • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience working as a Pega Developer.
    • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certifications.
    • Proficiency in Pega development tools and frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of Pega application design principles and best practices.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
