Job Description

    Job summaryWe are looking for e-learning experts with experience in teaching/creating Physics content and leading a teamThe ideal candidate would have experience in creating physics related content, leading a team of chemistry experts. He/she should be able to bring forth diverse ideas, do research and drive insights into the current and most effective pedagogy practices and happenings in the learning space.Role and Responsibilities: Be an expert on physics-related content Lead pedagogy related programs and initiatives Advise the team on all content related questions Understand processes end to end and act as a POC for Physics related tasks Be able to dive deep into the best pedagogy practices in the world and bring forth recommendations with great data. Be able to contribute to the design of knowledge structure Should be able to influence the team and keep people motivated, 5+ years of experience teaching students and creating/ curating high quality content, preferably for competitive exams like IIT JEEExtensive knowledge of the course and curriculum of grade 11 and 12 and engineering entrance exams like IIT JEE Experience with teaching different levels of students (Grade 11 and Grade 12/ undergrad students) Good communication, reading, comprehension, and writing skills Experience teaching students and creating/ curating high quality content, preferably for competitive exams like IIT JEE in a reputed institute 1.Bachelor s Degree in Engineering / Masters degree in Science (Physics) or equivalent preferred2. Experience in a classroom setting or as a teacher a plus3. Experience in reviewing and editing curriculum of the highest quality e.g. for IIT-JEE
