Deliver revenue month on month- Generate renewal enrolments- Distribute targets within team & be accountable for month on month /quarter on quarter target achievement2. Teacher Success- Lead teacher success through series of interventions that ensure better learning outcomes by teachers- Create systems, process and incentives to enable teachers to bring renewals3. Product led renewals- Come up with product and pricing innovations to drive renewals- Work closely with the curriculum teams to help in achieving renewalsWhat Are We Looking For - MBA from a tier-1 bschool (IIMs /ISB/ XLRI)- 8 to 12 years of Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in a b2c Startup)- Exceptional problem-solving skills- Relocatable/Working out of GurgaonWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up sales and shape it independently like a Founder,
