Description:Looking for a O365-Senior Product Expert - O365(Migration Team) with 4-7 years of experienceLocation - GurgaonNotice - Immediate - 30 DaysThe Subject Matter Expert Office3665 will support organizations in its effort to migrate the customer server & mailing environment towards cloud. The successful candidate will have significant knowledge of Active Directory, Windows server, Exchange & Office 365 platform and associated configurations.The candidate will assess the client environment & will provide consultation and hands-on implementation support for customer server & mail migrations including design, architecture, configuration, migration best practices, and strategies to support operational KPIs. The candidate should also be familiar with Office 365 administration & governance and should have working knowledge of ITIL service delivery model.Principal Responsibilities: Responsible to provide high end Technical & Project based support for Office365 Technical implementation of Office 365 and support of the Office 365 tenant, working with team members to develop the solution path for migration from on-premises solution to Office 365 operating in cloud or Vice versa. Assists the Project Manager in gathering and analyzing requirements, solution design, and execute the migration, while delivering high customer satisfaction. The candidate will be required to architect, design and implement solutions using different migration options recommended by Microsoft. The candidate will work with the clients to design the technical architecture & of their migration strategy & execute as well. Responsible to share migration project plan with the customer & daily updates for implementation. Resolving any global, cross-functional or work-team issues Defining key management routines and governance strategy to ensure effective business migration process execution Reporting and trending on the effectiveness of the solutions and standards Work across the team to ensure effective coordination and alignment with other stakeholders in the migration project Handle & execute the following project with minimal guidance Exchange to Office365 migration using Microsoft recommended techniques like cutover, staged or Hybrid migrations & vice versa Execute the migrations using third party tools like Quest, Bittitan etc. Execute Active Directory migrations & upgrades Execute migrations to Office365 from Hosted, IMAP or Lotus platforms using different techniques Execute document migration related projects using manual or tool based options likeo GDrive to One drive migrationso File server to One drive migrationso Drop box to one drive migrations etc. Execute ADFS implementations, Azure AD connect & SSO with Office365 etc. Initiating any process improvement initiatives required to improve effectiveness within the given discipline Responsible to investigate & troubleshoot any issues that s halting the migration Understanding project priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them. Shall be working in a fast pace 24*7 environment Responsible for handling individual projects related to new implementations, migrations or improvisations.Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with minimum 4 7 years of working experience Should have atleast 2 years of experience handling technical projects(migrations & lift/shifts)Education & Certifications Graduate , B Tech , MCA will be preferred Certifications like MCSA or MCSE in Windows or Office365 domains is must. Experience with Windows server, AD, Office365 migrations is mustRequired Technical Skill Set Candidate should have hands on experience in designing, implementing & migration different platforms over to Office365 & vice versa. Should have working experience in Windows Server, AD, DNS,DHCP, Office365, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Exchange(2007, 2010,2013,2016) etc. Should have knowledge regarding File Server Services and Group Policy Objects etc. Should have Good Knowledge in PowerShell for administration of Active Directory and O365.
