    • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : -Knowledge on Microsoft Defender Advance Threat Protection and Intune Policy/SCCM Policy -Management of Intune Policies -Knowledge on ASR Rules Activation and policies -Knowledge on analyzing and mitigation of vulnerabilities using defender ATP/Qualys -Perform daily health and definition checks for AV Server -Monitor Incidents in Queue -Reinstall or Repair corrupted AV Clients and run manual scan -Report Noncompliance system -Troubleshoot and AV Clients-Server Incidents -Manage and maintain AV
        • Technical Experience : Strong knowledge on Azure Security Services Good knowledge of TCP/IP and network technologies and data communication concepts
        • Professional Attributes : -Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language -Analytics and Troubleshooting skills -Positive and can-do attitude -Willingness to learn and grow -Good Knowledge on MS tools -Flexible and adaptable
