Job Description

  1. Provide Process Consultancy for end-to-end execution of agile based delivery and large/strategic accounts.
    1. Liaison with clients to understand business requirements.
    2. Understand the current As-Is scenario and recommend the future Vision and Roadmap.
    3. Provide guidance for creation of service catalogue for business users.
    4. Data based decision making i.e. Decision Analysis and Resolution process area of CMMI.
    5. Define Process Design for development of the Product.
    6. Define specific and measurable Product Success KPIs.
    7. Provide guidance for the creation and set-up of the Organization Structure, Roles & Responsibilities, Change Mgmt. Process, Communication Hierarchy, Quality Plan, Testing Plan, Training Plan, Defect Prevention Strategy, Governance process etc.
    8. Define DevOps model for the specific product development.
    9. Create Checklists, Templates and Guidelines for Agile based delivery project execution.
    10. Impart trainings to delivery teams (e.g. defect prevention, Root Cause Analysis , risk management etc.)
    11. Conduct trainings and sessions on Quality Management System created for the client.
  1. Monitor and implement changes to the relevant Quality system artefacts and ensure quality systems are kept up-to-date.
  2. Facilitate project teams to come up with action items/improvement plan for low customer satisfaction, process gaps etc.
  3. Define Metrics Framework and Implement Performance Dashboard (Client KPIs + Organization specific KPIs based on Project Type)
Experience:1. Essential
    • 8 - 10 years of relevant quality related experience in large IT service / Analytics organization.
    • Experience of providing process consultancy for product-based projects dealing with implementation of Lean Portfolio Management.
    • Liaison with clients to understand business requirements.
    • In depth understanding of Agile Product Delivery.
    • Problem Solving techniques (7 QC tools Fishbone Analysis, Histogram, Pareto Analysis, Scatter diagram, Process Flow diagram, Control Charts etc.).
    • In-depth knowledge of Project Management (Risk Management, Change Management, Scope Mgmt., Time Mgmt., etc.)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
    • Understanding Quality Metrics, should be able to evaluate project health based on metrics
    • Understanding of CMMI framework.
    • Knowledge on ISO.
    • Understanding of project management tools like JIRA, HPQC etc.
    • Awareness w.r.t. security compliances, ISO 27001 etc.
    • Advanced hands-on knowledge of Office 365, Excel, VBA and dashboards in Excel.
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in business or technology (any specialization)
  • Post-graduation preferred.
  • In-depth understanding and relevant certifications in SAFe DevOps, Implementing SAFe, total quality management, project management, statistical process control, six sigma, kaizen, agile, lean and other methodologies is essential.
