Job Description

    Process Developer WFM (Work Force Management)Responsible for 100% accuracy on monthly reporting within deadlines Board KPIs, complaints, channel trends and billing Required to collect, clean and interpret data across complaints, NPS, KPIs, OKRs, quality and experience to deliver insight led recommendations for improvements and drive critical business decisions Proactively improve the quality/support the advancement of the reporting suite Support Business Improvement with benefit tracking and post implementation reviews Required Skill Data cleaning, interrogation, analysis, manipulation, and exploration Statistical knowledge with attention to detail Craft data driven narratives and visualizations, consumable at executive level Creating dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint Written and communication skills Problem solving/critical thinking Intermediate Excel (modelling, charting, pivot, analysis, VLOOKUP) PowerPoint Basic PowerBI (reading/extracting data) High written/verbal communication Stakeholder management skills Preferred Skill: Customer Service domain knowledge Zendesk reporting inc. query building Advanced Excel. E.g, power query, VBA/macros Advanced SharePoint JQL Adobe analytics Scripting ability in SQL or Python Minimum qualifications: Any Graduate,
