Job Description

    Process Developer- Corporate SourcingThe person will be a part of the Shared Services Centre (SSC), reporting to Manager and will be responsible for Operational work including data analysis and management in the Sourcing / procurement function. This is a Target based role wherein the resource will have to achieve the minimum target as per the process on daily basis and share additional support at the time of volume surge.Responsibilities1. Requisition to PO Process: - Receiving the Purchase Requisition from users to create Purchase Orders in Application as per defined SOP s Checking all required documentation and approvals Creation of PO on Oracle tool as per defined SOP s Generate MIS through MS excel, pivot tables, lookup formulas and other excel formulas 2. Vendor Creation & Modification: - Receiving the request from users globally to create supplier/s Checking all required documentation and approvals are present as per defined SOP s Creation of the vendor profile on the Oracle and Ariba tools. Maintenance of the metrics related to Vendor creation. Vendor checking of statutory documents as part of Vendor Pre-Qualification Management of a centralized repository in a structured manner Following up with stakeholders for necessary documents at recurring frequency 3. Procurement Advisory Services Managing & guiding stakeholders for their Procurement related queries. Reverting to queries within stipulated time frame. 4. Ariba Support Technical Support for Auctions Contract UploadingAdditional Duties: - Documentation and maintenance of excel based tracker on daily and real-time basis Resolves queries timely and accurately with in TAT Support team members and actively participate in team discussions and meetings Self-motivated person and handling independently assigned task Support during an audit in making the information available Reporting a. Data analysis and publishing of dashboards. b. Generate MIS through MS excel pivot tables, lookup formulas and various other formulas. c. Provides MIS reports to manager/teams and publishes Dashboards as per prescribed frequencyKey Performance Indicators Daily volume against target assigned Escalations Tracker update on real-time basis Support to additional projects Process improvement ideas Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Graduate Preferred Qualifications Good Excel and MS Office Skills Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) Good Customer Handling/Management skills. Working Knowledge on any Application/CRM system.,
