So, if these are the ideals that excite you, there is a place for you at SirionLabs!Job Role: Product Trainer (Finance Management)Years of Experience required: 5 - 7 Years.Work Location - GurgaonResponsibilities:

  • The Product Trainer would be responsible for training Sirion Partners, Clients, and Internal Employees on running Sirion products and solutions.
  • Research, learn, and get certified on procurement industry practices and incorporate the learnings in training analysis.
  • Train client Senior Management and end users on Sirion products specifically from a functionality perspective.
  • Support Customer Success and Account Management teams in supporting training needs for clients.
  • Be a part of process enhancement/adherence in the training team.
  • Record training videos and maintain training related materials.
  • Ability to work in flexible working hours.
  • Work with the project teams and account managers team to understand requirements/expectations from training session (i.e. project set-up, client requirements/expectations, etc.).
  • The position holder will acquire, maintain & enhance expertise of key products from Sirion suite (for re-certifications)
  • Develop & maintain training material (project specific & product specific) for functional knowledge & Sirion product knowledge management.
  • Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of training resources and collateral
  • Mentor other instructors in subject matter, content, and course delivery standards.
  • Stay current on tools, technology, and training methodologies.
, Requirements
  • Should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in training/interacting frequently with international clients.
  • Understand Governance processes related to Contract, Performance and Financial management
  • Working knowledge of Information Technology (IT), Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) & Application Maintenance & Services (AMS), Human Resource (HR), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Energy etc. contracts will be an added advantage.
  • Validating/Auditing invoice in accordance with contractual clauses, consumption raw data files and client approvals
  • 3-way v/s 4-way match in invoice validation
  • Knowledge about pricing models in governance industry- Fixed Fee, ARC/RRC, Transition & Transformation Charges, One Time Charges, Time & Material invoice, Purchase Order based v/s Non-PO based invoice etc.
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R) processes
  • Financial reporting and analytics
  • Excellent training delivery skills (TTT certified preferred).
  • Ability to understand how businesses work, have excellent analytical and solution driven approach.
  • Exceptional business communication skills (verbal, body-language, presentation, etc.).
  • Self-learner & Technology enthusiast.
  • Process & Quality orientation.
  • Should be comfortable presenting to medium to large audiences across geographies/cultural/linguistic backgrounds.
  • Bachelor s degree in business / Master s degree in business administration (Finance Preferred)
  • Experience in managing invoicing of Infrastructure/ Helpdesk / Application Development and Maintenance type of contracts.
  • Prior experience in managing financial reporting of IT / ADM contract.
