Job Description

    We are venturing into creating online educational videos. For this we are actively hiring a team of professors who can help us create a plan for every video and its accompanying script, tuition and assessment questions. Your subject of specialisation does not matter as long as you are good at:
    • Teaching
    • Problem solving
    • Planning
    • Writing
    Since the videos deal with the topic of writing it is essential that you have at least two academic journal publications that showcase his writing experience and expertise.Your goal is to improve the education process and better the lives of students -sharing subject knowledge.Responsibilities:
    • Creating a video plan, script, and tuition plan for every topic given
    • Preparing assessment questions for the topic
    • Auditing/ editing video content
    • Answering queries/ comments on videos
    Desired profile:
    • Candidate must have a PhD/ be pursuing a PhD
    • Candidate must have at least two academic paper/ journal article publications
    • Candidate must have at least six months teaching experience
    Selection process:In order to save us time in selecting the right candidate(s), along with your resume you need to submit the following:
    • A short video clip (maximum 5 minutes)- on how to select a research topic.
    • Accompanying script for the video
    • 1 assessment question related to the video
    More details about the test video:The video may/ may not feature you. If youre camera shy then you may create a powerpoint presentation instead, and give a voiceover to it.Your main focus should be CONTENT rather than graphics, design, or animation. The key to being a good educator is to create good content such that it clicks with the audience instantly. You can use examples, illustrations, questions, games in the video to explain the topic.Bring out your creative best!How to submit all this Email a zip folder containing the following files to hidden_email:

    What is the remuneration This is a collaboration model. Remuneration is on revenue-sharing basis rather than a fixed/ project-based payout.
