    Designation/Role : Program ManagerExperience - 3.0 - 6.0 Year(s)Location - Sushant Lok, GurgaonQualification - B. Tech - IIT / NIT / BITs + MBA - Tier -1 InstituteAbout the role:You will be responsible for driving performance improvement measures by devising a strategic execution approach spanning across company functions. You will be working on identifying new avenues for growth and partnerships, by understanding business value propositions end-to-end.Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with good analytical and communication skills, who is interested in working in an entrepreneurial setup. Interested candidates must have a good first principles thinking approach, backed by a mission driven execution focus and outcome-oriented point of viewIdeal Candidate : Tier 1 undergraduate + MBA degree : Worked in Analytics department in companies for 1-3 years such as MuSigma, ZS Associates etc or any Analytics Role with Consulting Firms/Startups and then Post MBA, shall have worked for 1-3 years in Consulting, Strategy, or Operations Role.Requirements:- 3 to 6 yrs. of professional work experience, preferably have worked at a high growth startup, Consulting Role etc- Deep interest in product/tech driven problem solving- Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions- Good stakeholder management skills- Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skillsInterview Rounds : 3-4 RoundsResponsibility:- Work with core business team members for streamlining business processes- Working on Projects of Monetization : Assortment and Pricing with respective Vertical.- End to end program management of key strategic initiatives identified- Liaise with tech/product teams for planning and execution of new product features- Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables- Developing and maintaining dashboards for tracking key business metrics- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputsAbout the Role :- Program Manager will be responsible for driving key projects . In order to be successful in this role, a Program Manager must think strategically, make data driven decisions, and work across the organization to find solutions to complex problems.- You will be part of the team and you will have a significant impact on this new business.
