Job Description

Manage/assist Projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to Project Methodology and AXA XL processes and governance standardsAssist the team of Project Managers to ensure a steady focus on ongoing Projects and completeness of overall deliverables for Operational Change teamWorking with cross functional team across geographies to ensure adherence to Project timelines and scope and create measurable resultsPreparing and maintaining up to date Project plans throughout the Project for all aspects of delivery. Monitoring project progress and reporting Project progress to all stakeholders per Project/Program, *PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent certification is required4 - 6 yearsPrior experience in handling projects is an added advantageKnowledge of Six Sigma/Agile methodology is desirablePerforms tasks according to established Project Management processes, uses innovative ways to ensure Project goals are met most effectivelyCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders ensuring visibility of Project progress and consequent feedback loopAbility to work effectively with a diverse team spread across functions and geographies, and implementing communication strategies to ensure focus on Project deliverables and timelines
