In this role, you will be part of our Core Engineering team reporting directly to the Co-Founder.You will develop new features and product lines for our target users, that will enable exponential growth for DigiChal.- Co-Founders- Profile- Sagar Singh Chauhan - https://www.linkedin.com/in/sagar-chauhan-81b15a17/Pawan Kumar - https://www.linkedin.com/in/pawan-kumar-79a141a8/- Key Responsibilities- - Developing cross-platform user-facing features using React Native.- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.- Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.- Desired Candidate Profile- - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.- Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles.- Experience with popular React Native workflows.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.- Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.- Ability to understand business requirements.- Translate them into technical requirements.- A knack for benchmarking and optimisation.- Experience with CI/CD pipeline- Strong analytical skills- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and need little oversight,
