Job Description

    Head of Legal and Claims Department - Gurgaon - Leading Infrastructure Services CompanyOur client is Indias leading infrastructure services company. It works in transportation, energy, and real estate and social infrastructure. In these three verticals, it helps creates assets through advisory and transactions; architecture, design, and engineering; and project management. They are looking to hire a Head of Legal for their Gurgaon locationBudget: 50 LPA + (Open to slightly more) - CTC above 30 lac pa includes 25% variable payTechnical skills :1. Candidates should have experience in restructuring companies, restructuring assets, OTR, OTS, Etc.2. Candidate should have negotiated with lenders, investors as well as share-holders3. Candidate should also have demonstrated experience of managing all processes and documentation post investment in multi-business groups4. Candidates should have experience of safeguarding interests of the contemporary management and other shareholders and managing pan-India litigations ranging from Debt Recovery, 138 NIA, shareholder disputes etc.5. Candidate should have a successful track record of managing outcomes of claims and business disputes6. Candidates should be self-driven, self starter, accountable, agile and should possess great communication skills. 7. Candidates from the infra industry would be preferred.,
